Memorial Day Weekend Sweepstakes Official Rules
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.
1. Sponsor
The Memorial Day Summer Sneak Peek Sweepstakes is sponsored by Berwyn Betty’s Bath & Body, Ltd. (“Sponsor”). The Sponsor’s principal place of business is Berwyn Betty's Bath & Body, Ltd., P.O. Box 160, Hohenwald, Tennessee 38462.
2. Sweepstakes Period
The Sweepstakes begins on Friday, May 22, 2026 at 12:01 AM CT and ends on Tuesday, May 26, 2026 at 11:59 PM CT. Entries submitted before or after the Sweepstakes Period will not be eligible.
3. Eligibility
The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and District of Columbia who are at least 18 years of age at the time of entry. Employees, officers, directors, representatives, and agents of Sponsor, and their immediate family members or household members, are not eligible to enter or win. The Sweepstakes is void where prohibited by law.
4. How to Enter
There are two ways to enter:
A. Free Alternate Method of Entry: Customer Entry Method
During the Sweepstakes Period, eligible registrants may complete the Sweepstakes entry form at https://berwynbettys.com/pages/memorial-day-weekend-sweepstakes-official-rules using the same email address associated with their Berwyn Betty’s order. Free entries must be received during the Sweepstakes Period.
B. Automatic Entry with Purchase During Sweepstakes Period
To enter without completing the Customer Entry Form (above), make any purchase during the Sweepstakes Period and you will be automatically registered in the Sweepstakes. Automatic entries with purchase must be received during the Sweepstakes Period.
Limit one entry per person/email address, regardless of method of entry. Entering multiple times (Customer Entry or Automatic Entry) does NOT change the odds of registrant winning. Multiple entries from the same person or email address may be disqualified.
5. Prize
The winner will receive three monthly Berwyn Betty’s bath bomb subscription boxes (June, July and August).
Approximate Retail Value: $150.
Prize is non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable. Should the winner already have a monthly subscription, they will receive three free months of subscription during the June, July and August time period.
6. Winner Selection
One potential winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.
The drawing will take place on or about Wednesday, May 27, 2026
7. Winner Notification
The potential winner will be notified by email at the email address used to enter. The potential winner must respond within two (2) days of notification. If the potential winner does not respond, is found ineligible, declines the prize, or cannot be contacted, Sponsor may select an alternate winner by random drawing.
8. Odds of Winning
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. If approximately 1,000 eligible entries are received, the odds of winning are approximately 1 in 1,000.
9. Taxes
The winner is responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes and any other costs or expenses not specifically described as included in the prize.
10. General Conditions
By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, violates these Official Rules, submits false information, or acts in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes.
11. Release of Liability
By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its owners, officers, employees, agents, representatives, and affiliates from any claim, liability, loss, damage, or expense arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize.
12. Publicity
Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for Sponsor to use the winner’s name, likeness, city/state, and prize information for promotional purposes for a period of up to one (1) calendar year without further compensation.
13. Privacy
Information collected from entrants will be used to administer the Sweepstakes and communicate with entrants as necessary. Entrant information may also be handled in accordance with Sponsor’s Privacy Policy, available at https://berwynbettys.com/policies/privacy-policy.
14. Winner List
To request the name of the winner, email customerservice@berwynbettys.com with the subject line “Memorial Day Sweepstakes Winner List” within 30 days after the Sweepstakes ends.
15. Governing Law
The Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to conflict of law principles.
