Returns
We always want you to be happy with your purchase from Berwyn Betty's. However, if you are not satisfied, it is easy to make a return or an exchange. Please see our return and exchange policies below for full details. Returned items need to be 75% intact and returned with the original packaging and receipt or proof of purchase.
You can return items up to 30 days after the date we shipped your item. Shipping charges are often not refundable. Please contact Customer Service to process your return for your item (customerservice@berwynbettys.com). We cannot accept returns without prior authorization through customer service.
If you do not have your receipt, we will gladly offer you an exchange. Remember, we cannot accept returns without prior authorization.
If we shipped the wrong item to you by mistake or if the item is defective or damaged, please contact Customer Service so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If the correct item is currently in stock, we will ship it to you at no additional cost. If the item is out of stock, has been discontinued and/or is a seasonal or limited-edition product, we will be happy to issue a refund for the purchase price instead.
Upon receipt of a authorized returned item, we will process your return within one week at the latest, often by the next day.
